New Country, New Habits? Creating new habits and getting rid of old ones following a relocation

Changing our environment (including/especially the country where we live in) generally forces us to revise our daily routines and existing habits but it also offers us the opportunity to create new habits or get rid of unhelpful ones. :)

In this workshop - exclusively for employees and partners of ACCESS' patrons including European Space Agency/ESA, Telespazio, TU Delft, Welcome Center Food Valley, and Worley - participants will find out more about what is a habit and what are the most important steps and ingredients to create a new habit that sticks as well as to break an existing one, whether in their personal or professional life, and how to use their move to a new country as a 'building block' for it.
